Goal: Support colon cleansing, relieve occasional constipation, or assist in parasite detox.

Duration: 3 to 7 days max, then take a break.

Basic Dosage:

• Take 1 capsule (750 mg) at bedtime with a full glass of water.
• If no bowel movement occurs within 24 hours, increase to 2 capsules the next night.
• Never exceed 2 capsules in a 24-hour period

3. Occasional Constipation Relief:
